Purple Sunday

Friendship-West in conjunction with U-Nique Purpose, Inc. has deemed the 3rd Sunday in August as Purple Sunday! We are encouraging all members of Friendship-West to wear the color purple in support of foster care awareness.

U-Nique Purpose, Inc. provides hands-on opportunities for at-risk youth, especially those aging out of foster care so they are able to develop a healthy sense of self, identify with a career, and build a healthy social circle! We would love to have everyone show their support by wearing purple and letting the foster community know that we stand in solidarity with them.
