Black Marriage Summit

March is a special time to celebrate the strength and beauty of Black marriages. As we honor Black Marriage Month, we are excited to announce a series of events that will culminate in the Black Marriage Summit on March 28-29, 2026, at our main campus. This summit is a time for gathering, renewing, and honoring Black marriages through a variety of enriching activities.
On March 26, we observe Black Marriage Day, a moment to reflect on and celebrate the commitment and love shared in Black marriages. It's a day to acknowledge the unique challenges and triumphs that couples face and to appreciate the important role that marriage plays in our communities.
Join us for the Black Marriage Summit, March 28th, this event will be filled with opportunities to connect, learn, and celebrate. This event is open, not only to our marriage community, but those seriously dating, engaged, and our widow/widower communities.

Here’s a glimpse of what to expect:

March 28, 2026
Gathering and Renewal: A day dedicated to bringing couples together to renew their vows and commitments. This is a chance to rekindle the love and strengthen the bonds that hold families and communities together.
Class Sessions: Participate in workshops designed to enrich and support your marriage. Some topics include communication, financial planning, maintaining a healthy relationship, life after loss, and more.
Games and Dancing: Enjoy an afternoon of fun with interactive games designed for couples, day of dancing to celebrate love and unity.
Food and Fellowship: fostering a sense of community and support.
Couples Painting and Baking: Limited space, but engage in creative activities that allow you to express yourselves and work together. Couples painting and baking sessions will provide a unique opportunity to bond and create lasting memories.

This celebration of Black Marriage Month continues with our Sunday service, as we celebrate honoring the legacy and future of Black marriages. We invite all couples to join us for this joyous occasion and look forward to continuing celebrating the strength and beauty of Black love, with a light reception immediately following service.
