In 2006 we marched into our new facility after years of sacrifice and investment in 20/20 Vision and completed Phase I. We continue to praise God with our hearts and minds looking toward the future as we move forward to fulfilling the vision! Dr. Haynes declared that church and conference center serves as Lighthouse, a beacon of light, for all those in the community to find love, comfort, safety, and Christ. We are now preparing to remain committed to being a Christian community within the community that transforms the community. A community of those who are spiritually wounded who desire healing. Those who know Christ, but are missing community, direction, friendship, or support. Many who are hungry to know Christ more deeply. Those who long to see economic growth and development in their neighborhood. For those reasons, Phase II is our response to cultivating a garden in the Southern Sector of Dallas. God has given “The West”, a magnificent vision and we pray our church will continue to be a voice in the community that transforms lives. In Christ we are a community, and with each new and expanded space, we plan to produce a harvest that transcends all that we have ever imagined. Join us as we embark on Phase II of the vision. Why Build Now? • Our community is at a crossroads and has an opportunity to become a community of possibilities or one that decays • Our location is pregnant with potential • The need for our vision becoming a reality will impact and influence the next generation and beyond. |
