SCRIPTURE
3 John 1:2
Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.
FOOD FOR THOUGHT
Are you solid in God’s word? Is your mind healthy with Christ thoughts? Is your body healthy with God’s powerful touch? Is you soul healthy with God’s truth? We need all of these things to have God’s comfort and joy.
APPLICATION
Pray and ask God to show you the unhealthy parts of your mind, body and soul. Read and meditate on God’s word to be on one accord with God.!
PRAYER
Father God, show me how to prosper in my spirit so my life can be healthy. I want to be used by you for the building of your kingdom and the restoration of our neighborhoods.

SCRIPTURE
Matthew 9:37, 38
Then he said to his disciples, "The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. 38 Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field."
FOOD FOR
THOUGHT
God has called you to work in His harvest field. Have you shared His love with someone today? There are many unchurched people in this community, what are you doing to contribute to the building of God’s kingdom?
APPLICATION
Make a list of people you know who do not know Jesus Christ as there Lord and Savior. Invite them to church or Bible study. Allow God to use you to bring them Christ.
PRAYER
God forgive me when I did not share in your harvest work. I want to be a blessing to your kingdom. Please look beyond my faults and use me for your glory. Speak through me to lead someone to you. Help me to see the needs of your kingdom and give me the faith to walk in what you have shown me. |
SCRIPTURE
Matthew 28:19-20
Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."
FOOD FOR THOUGHT
Are you a disciple? Do you know about Jesus and His love? Are you telling others about God’s goodness?
APPLICATION
Tell someone you don’t know about Jesus’ love.
PRAYER
Lord help me to be a part of the body of Christ that genuinely cares about making disciples. Empower me from the inside out as I work within the church to become a light in this dying world. |
SCRIPTURE
Acts 11:21
The Lord's hand was with them, and a great number of people believed and turned to the Lord.
FOOD FOR THOUGHT
The Lord’s hand must be in everything we do, both individually and collectively as a church body, in order for it to be successful. Nothing is too hard for God. We must know that Our Vision for the Village will come to pass, if we all believe and trust God to draw sinners to Him.
APPLICATION
Write down something you believe is impossible. Now, ask God to do what only He can do. Thank God in advance for showing awesome power and answering your prayer.
PRAYER
God you are able to supply more than what I need. Show me how to use what you have given me for the building of your kingdom. As we pray, let the church body be totally reliant upon you to expand the vision and may we see your hand at work in this church body, community and in our lives |
