Purpose
To provide fitness, nutritional education and group activities in a welcoming, Christian atmosphere that will allow FWBC members, attendees and neighbors in the community an opportunity to edify and glorify God by applying spiritual principles in relation to whole-person wellness.

Mission
To restore, regenerate, and strengthen the church and community by creating evangelized, edified, and emancipated stewards of mind, body and soul through whole-person, Christ-centered wellness.

Class Guidelines
  • Come to class on time. If class begins at 9:00am, please be there for 9:00am. The instructor has permission to leave if no one shows to class, within 15 minutes of start time.
  • Come to class wearing athletic shoes/walking shoes/cross training shoes. Sandals, flip flops, “church shoes,” and bare feet are not permitted.
  • Bring water to class! You have to come hydrated to class. About 8 ounces of water before, during and after the workout is sufficient. If you sweat more, drink more water.
FAQ:

Q: What do I need to bring?
A:
Water bottle, sweat towel, comfortable form- fitting clothes (nothing too big), athletic shoes with cushion and ankle support, friends, family co-workers! 

Q: Do I need to register through HTBI (Howard Thurman Bible Institute)?
A:
Not at all, just come to the classes. 

Q: How much are the classes?
A: Free!!!!
 

Q: Do I need to be a member of Friendship West Baptist Church?
A:
Not at all, we serve the community!
