Rev. Dameon E. Madison, a native of Chicago, IL has possessed a heart for ministry for as long as he can remember. Raised in church, and exposed to ministry at all levels – one would suppose his destiny was indeed unavoidable. Unavoidable it was. Committed to the Proclamation of the Word, Ministerial Development and Administration, and Individual Education and Empowerment; he is willing to go to any length to meet needs.
In servant-leadership, he began at the age of eight directing the youth choir and later in his teens years served as church organist and percussionist. It was in his first year of College that God called him to proclaim the Gospel.

Madison is responsible for the education and empowerment of the community of Friendship-West Baptist Church to effectively hone and steward their gifts, talents and resources for the work of the ministry. Further, Rev. Madison is charged with fund-development efforts in an endeavor to garner resources which will aide in the vision and ministry of Friendship-West.
A graduate of Talladega College, he was featured in Ebony Magazine (1997) in “ The new generation speaks out; student leaders discuss racism, love, sex and the black male-black female thing.” Throughout College, he continued to serve in ministry as a musician and later became minister of music. Ensuing graduation, he entered the professional world and excelled far beyond the norm – so much so that he was afforded the opportunity to eventually be appointed the youngest Vice President in the history of his alma mater Talladega College.
Moreover, in ministry he has served in many capacities – Organist, Minister of Music, Chief Ministry/Operating Officer and 1st Assistant to the Senior Pastor. Further, he travels throughout the country helping Pastors build sound infrastructures, train leadership, advance their visions and most of all share the Gospel of Jesus Christ. In supplement to his ministerial experience he attended Liberty University for a Masters in Religion.
