Friendship-West Baptist Church will host the following events that are designed to provide education, information, fellowship and fun:

2008 Aging and Memory in Our Diverse Communities

The second Aging and Memory Conference will be hosted at Friendship West Baptist Church on Saturday, September 20, 2008 from 9:45 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Cost:
Caregivers, in advance $10.00
Caregivers, at the door $15.00

All fees include materials, refreshments and lunch. Pre-registration is required by Friday, September 12, 2008. Mail or fax registration with your payment to:
