The FWBC Project Request Form is a "one stop shop" form that simplifies the way in which you request graphic design and printing. Please allow 5 to 7 days for your request to be process, the time period of processing any request is depending on our work load and the types of project we have to deal with. If the Communication Ministry have any problems with your request we will be contacting you, thank you.
