Dr. William and Sharon Larkin have been very generous in assisting Silk with her medical needs. Silk’s facial scarring is healing well as she continues to deal with nerve damage, dental problems and hearing difficulties from her injuries. Because of the trauma from the attack Silk is having extreme severe headaches and nightmares making sleep nearly impossible. Mentally, Silk is showing improvements with the help of Kathy Jones her Mental Health Coach. Ms. Jones has twenty years of working in the Mental Health field and is currently donating skills and time assisting both Broderick and Silk in getting through this terrible ordeal. However, a full professional psychiatrist is very much needed to counsel the couple. Silk also needs a dentist to provide dental examination and care.
